I bought this for my 3rd grader to wear for Halloween as Medusa. The size was fine for her and it also fit me when I tested it. It was a little wobbly and I thought it would bother her, but she bent the snakes so it was better balanced. It worked well for two drive thru trunk or treats. She wore it for about an hour for those two events before the satin that is wrapped around the headband started to unravel. I taped it back down for a walk thru trunk or treat and the actual Halloween trick or treating. I gave this four stars because it is exactly as advertised and would probably be fine for someone who wanted it for one event. I didn't mind taping it up to use for other events.
